Refund & Return Policy

At ABHA PRINT, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., ID cards, lanyards, envelopes with logos) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Minor variations in color, size, or layout are not considered valid reasons for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@abhaprint.com or call  9031322469 / 8084152429 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide order details, reason for return, and photographic proof of the issue.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for return pickup or provide return instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once the design is approved and production has started.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged during transit or lost, please notify us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
