All customized products (e.g., ID cards, lanyards, envelopes) are made as per the client’s approved design. Once approved, no further changes or cancellations will be entertained. - Order Confirmation

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Custom-printed items are not eligible for return unless defective. - Pricing
