Terms and Conditions

  1. Product Customization
    All customized products (e.g., ID cards, lanyards, envelopes) are made as per the client’s approved design. Once approved, no further changes or cancellations will be entertained.
  2. Order Confirmation
    Orders are processed only after full or partial advance payment is received, as agreed upon during the order placement.
  3. Turnaround Time
    Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type and order quantity. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared during order confirmation.
  4. Shipping and Delivery
    We use reliable courier partners. However, ABHA PRINT is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.
  5. Return and Replacement
    Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Custom-printed items are not eligible for return unless defective.
  6. Pricing
    All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations. Final prices will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
  7. Intellectual Property
    All logos, artwork, or designs provided by clients must have proper authorization. ABHA PRINT is not liable for any copyright or trademark violations.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    ABHA PRINT will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
